This weekend we got out for another wander around Frog Lake (or is it pond). Our friend the wood duck was there, along with a murder of crows.

This is a favourite wandering place except for late Jan till late Feb when it is typically just too icy for young kids.
This weekend we went out for another walk around Sir Standford Flemming park, and this time I took my camera. Last weekend we saw a huge woodpecker and a wood duck, but since I only had my phone we only got a decent picture of the duck.

It was a pretty good weekend as 2020 goes. There was some sun and while there are rising numbers of #sars-cov-2 all around us, and we are looking at being locked down like we were in April for at least the next 6 weeks, we are doing pretty ok.

I'm not great at capturing birds, it requires silence and patience. While I can be both, I usually have a little one with me and they have a MUCH harder time with both, but especially the silence part.
I really like taking photos of flowers. Landscapes, macro, etc.

A couple weeks ago we had a pork shoulder, and rather than roasting it in the @KamadoJeff like we would normally, we did it in the oven.
