Back on the bread making kick. Taking that 6-12min to knead really helps to clear my head. You can't do anything else for those few minutes, and if your brain starts to wander, a little extra kneading isn't a bad thing.

We got a nice amount of rain over the long weekend, something that the garden really needed. It was a light enough rain that the birds were out enjoying it too.
