Four years on and I still think that no one really gets that our response to the pandemic is a root cause to a lot of the "there aren't enough workers" calls in so many industries, this is especially the case for professions that are women led, like teaching, nursing, etc.

Then there is all of the people that have to just take more time off work because they are sick more often, putting additional strain on the fewer people that are doing this work.

But anyway, we have crumbling everything, but its fine because we will put great big corporate billboards up telling us it is, just like when we are told that we have always been at work with Eastasia.
